Human Resources Assistant
Job summary
Manage HR operations, workforce planning/org structure, recruitment, employee lifecycle, attendance, and HR reporting. Drive monthly performance and training, and handle employee relations. Fluent in both Chinese and English (Oral and Written).
Job descriptions & requirements
- Workforce planning, headcount control, and organisational structure maintenance.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment (manpower requisition, sourcing channels, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding).
- Handle onboarding, probation/assessment, and offboarding procedures, as well as personnel file and record management.
- Prepare and maintain monthly attendance reports/timesheets.
- Organise and implement monthly performance reviews and apply results (e.g., adjustments, recognition, corrective actions).
- Develop and execute training plans; organise new hire orientation and role-based skills training.
- Manage employee relations (communication, employee care, grievance handling, and dispute resolution/coordination).
- Conduct HR data/statistics and analysis; regularly produce HR reports and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
- Hold a valid HR certificate
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, holding a Chinese proficiency certificate (HSK)
