Human Resources Advisor – Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
• Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and addressing workplace concerns and conflicts.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• HR Policy Development: Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations.
• HR Reporting: Generate HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Employee Engagement: Promote a positive company culture by organizing events, surveys, and initiatives that boost employee morale and engagement.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in human resources roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
