Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the company’s performance management framework
- Lead performance appraisal processes (KPIs, OKRs, reviews, and feedback systems)
- Partner with department heads to align individual goals with business objectives
- Identify performance gaps and develop actionable improvement plans
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity initiatives
- Oversee disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management
- Proven experience designing and implementing performance management systems
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 450,000 Monthly
