Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and seamlessly onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and productivity.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage leave and attendance, and assist with payroll preparation.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with Nigerian labor laws and company standards, updating them as necessary.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate workshops to upskill staff and enhance operational efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRIS) and standard office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and exceptional conflict-resolution abilities.
