Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and seamlessly onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and productivity.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage leave and attendance, and assist with payroll preparation.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with Nigerian labor laws and company standards, updating them as necessary.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate workshops to upskill staff and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRIS) and standard office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence and exceptional conflict-resolution abilities.
