The Human Resource Officer plays a critical role in managing the organization’s human capital by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management fairly and professionally.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Support organizational development initiatives, including culture building and employee engagement programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
- Provide HR insights and reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
