We are looking for a skilled human resource officer that will manage every aspect of recruitment process, orientation and training of new staff, and assisting in administrative duties.

  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Creating job descriptions and identifying requirements
  • Placing adverts for job vacancies
  • Conducting interviews and managing every aspect of the recruitment process
  • Organizing orientation and training for new staff;
  • Processing staff data for filing
  • Assisting the Management in creating human resource policies;


Requirements:

  • Candidate should be computer literate and efficient in the use of MSword and Excel.
