Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
- Foster a positive workplace culture and handle conflict resolution professionally
- Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications
- Ensure proper documentation of policies and procedures
Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes and track employee performance metrics
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and monitoring progress
- Identify training and development needs
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure company compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies
- Implement HR policies and recommend improvements where necessary
- Handle disciplinary processes in line with company procedures
Payroll & Benefits Support:
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure the accuracy of employee data
- Manage leave records, attendance, and staff benefits administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role
- Experience in a creative, design, or service-based industry is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR software
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Net Monthly
