Responsibilities:
- Promote hotel rooms, services, and offers to attract new guests
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Manage the hotel’s social media pages and online presence
- Create engaging content (flyers, posts, short videos, promotions)
- Drive corporate bookings, partnerships, and walk-in clients
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Track marketing performance and report results to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years experience in an HR role, with at least 1 year in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
