Job summary
The HR Manager at Froshtech is responsible for building, enforcing, and sustaining a high-performance people system aligned with the Froshtech standard of excellence. This role goes beyond recruitment. The HR Manager will drive discipline, structure, culture, staff development, performance management, and compliance across all departments.
Job descriptions & requirements
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles (technicians, admin, customer service, media, and academy staff).
- Design and implement structured interview frameworks.
- Manage onboarding, probation, confirmations, and exits.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and replacement strategy.
Performance Management & Discipline
- Implement and manage KPIs, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Enforce disciplinary procedures, warnings, and sanctions in line with company policy.
- Partner with management to address underperformance swiftly.
- Maintain staff productivity and accountability.
HR Policies, SOPs & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal regulations.
- Manage staff documentation, contracts, leave, attendance, and records.
- Handle staff grievances and conflict resolution professionally.
Culture, Training & Development
- Drive Froshtech’s culture, values, and work ethics.
- Coordinate internal trainings, staff orientation, and development programs.
- Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Support leadership in building strong teams and future leaders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
