Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the firm’s overall business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Handle payroll coordination, staff records, and benefits administration
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and best HR practices
- Coordinate staff training, development, and capacity-building initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
