Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
- Certification in HR (CIPM or related) is an added advantage.
