Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with the company’s goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and career development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 2 years proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
Certification in HR (CIPM or related) is an added advantage.
