The Human Resource Manager serves as a senior management leader responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions across all units. The role ensures alignment between the company's people strategy and its vision of excellence and supports sustainable growth through globally aligned HR practices.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain qualified staff.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and placement processes.
- Identify training and development needs and implement capacity-building programs.
- Performance Management & Employee Development
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support career development, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives.
- Monitor staff productivity and recommend improvement measures.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
- Serve as a link between management and employees to promote healthy workplace relations.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.
- Promote staff welfare, engagement, and a positive organizational culture.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Manage payroll coordination, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
- Conduct salary reviews and recommend competitive remuneration strategies.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR data.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Advise management on HR-related legal and regulatory matters.
Organizational Development & Strategy:
- Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Provide HR metrics, reports, and insights to management for decision-making.
- Align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Any other duties/functions given by the Management
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
