Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance appraisal and staff development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in payroll processing when required.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resource management, business administration, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
