Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Must understand the Nigerian Labour Act, compliance, HR policies, HMO, pension, NSITF, ITF, and employee documentation.
- Experience developing HR structure, SOPs, KPIs, and performance systems.
- Lead the HR department handling recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, grievance, exits.
- Build culture, manage disciplinary processes, and train managers on people management.
- Support leadership on HR strategy, manpower planning, and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Creative Solution or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Must be able to use HRIS.
- Professional certification is an advantage
