Job summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy implementation. The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives and fosters a productive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively
- Supervise and guide the HR team
- Lead performance management and appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Design and implement training and development programs
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
- Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Provide HR reports and strategic insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, with at least a year in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Proximity to Lekki will be highly considered
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly
