Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Human Resources Manager to oversee the administrative and strategic people operations of the company. This role is central to maintaining a productive work environment by managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews for technical and administrative roles.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce and update company policies, such as field service regulations and operational frameworks, to ensure quality control and staff discipline.
- Performance Management: Monitor staff accountabilities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental silos are operating effectively.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and internal communications between the technical teams and management.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the company remains compliant with local labor regulations and corporate legal requirements.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of salaries and manage any applicable employee benefit schemes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
