Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and new hire orientation.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues fairly and consistently.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and promote career growth.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
