We require an HR Generalist on a 6-12 month rolling contract to work with the HR & Admin Manager

Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR manager with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of technical and factory workers
  • Assist with performance management systems and career development plans
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Assist with the coordination of the training program
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Assist with drafting and updating policies and the employee handbook.
  • Workforce planning and talent acquisition
  • Performance management systems
  • Employee engagement and retention strategies
  • HR policy development and compliance


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BSC
  • 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
