Job summary
We require an HR Generalist on a 6-12 month rolling contract to work with the HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR manager with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of technical and factory workers
- Assist with performance management systems and career development plans
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Assist with the coordination of the training program
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Assist with drafting and updating policies and the employee handbook.
- Workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Performance management systems
- Employee engagement and retention strategies
- HR policy development and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
