We are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business objectives through effective human resource strategies, employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to staff and management.
- Assist with performance management processes and staff development plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support training and development programs across departments.
- Monitor workplace culture and recommend improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HR operations or HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
- Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
