Job summary
We are seeking an Entry-level Human Resource & Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resource & Admin Manager in delivering HR and Administrative functions that support organizational goals and positive growth.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
- Support the HR & Admin Mgr to carry out the administrative responsibilities of the department.
- Assist in ensuring continuous learning and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Provide support to the HR & Admin Manager in addressing employee concerns and mediating disputes.
- Help promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Assist in ensuring that company policies are communicated effectively and followed across all departments.
- Assist with documentation, audits, and policy updates.
- Support the HR & Admin Mgr in implementing the performance management process, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Assist with managing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company goals.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Human Resource administration and a desire to build a career in Human Resource Administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years post-NYSC experience in an administrative support role.
