Job Title: HSE Trainer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Salary: ₦250,000 Gross per month
About the Role
We are looking for a competent and engaging HSE Trainer to deliver practical health, safety and environment training to clients across industries in Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for developing training materials and facilitating courses that meet regulatory and client standards while driving a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Facilitate HSE courses including HSE 1, 2, 3, Fire Safety, First Aid, Risk Assessment, and Permit to Work
- Course Development: Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments
- Compliance: Ensure all training content aligns with DPR, NESREA, OSHA, and other relevant Nigerian regulations
- Reporting: Maintain training records, attendance, evaluation forms, and issue certificates
- Conduct site visits, toolbox talks, and safety briefings when required
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years HSE field experience with at least 2 year in training/facilitation
- Strong presentation and communication skills, good knowledge of Nigerian HSE laws, proficiency in MS Office
