<p>The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to store operations leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives across the retail network. The HRBP drives organisational effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement to support business growth and operational excellence.</p>

Responsibilities:
Strategic
HR Partnership:
- Partner with store leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned to retail business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, attrition, and productivity to inform decision-making.
- Lead organisational design and restructuring initiatives, including workforce planning and job architecture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR matters, including complex employee relations issues.
Talent
Management & Development:
- Drive talent identification, succession planning, and pipeline development across store operations.
- Partner with the Operations team to design and implement training programmes for the store team.
- Lead performance management cycles, ensuring consistent application of KPIs and appraisal frameworks.
- Support onboarding strategies that reduce time-to-productivity for new store hires.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and appeals processes.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company HR policies.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary outcomes.
- Monitor and manage absenteeism, welfare concerns, and occupational health referrals
Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing:
- Champion a positive store culture through employee engagement programmes and recognition initiatives.
- Analyse engagement survey data and develop action plans in partnership with operations teams.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all people practices in the retail environment.
HR Operations & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate HR data and produce regular people analytics reports for leadership reviews.
- Support payroll accuracy by partnering with HR operations on headcount and contract changes.
- Contribute to HR project delivery, including system implementations and policy updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
