Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage office operations, supplies, and logistics.
  •  Maintain records, files, and correspondence.
  •  Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
  •  Support HR and recruitment processes.
  •  Liaise with vendors and handle expense reports.
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies.


Requirements:

  •  BSc in Business/Public Administration or related field.
  •  2–3 years of administrative experience.
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  •  Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.


Remuneration: NGN150,000 – ₦300,000
