The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations, supporting employees and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 yrs Proven experience as an HR/ administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Close attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Renumeration: NGN 150,000
