Job summary

We are looking for an HR/Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions in our smartcard manufacturing company. You'll develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and oversee administrative operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Additional qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong HR knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
