The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and administrative support to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management practices.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Ensure payroll and benefits administration is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Manage administrative functions, including office management, facility upkeep, and vendor relations.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, budgets, and metrics for senior management review.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPM, etc.) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
SALARY EXPECTATION:N400,000 - N450,000
