Dedicated HR Supervisor with experience in supervising and managing factory activities and workers. Also, ensure compliance with company policies. Skilled in Microsoft office, payroll, employee management, and maintaining compliance with labor law.

Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment.
- Preparation of Payroll and compensation benefits.
- Supervise daily factory activities on site.
- Monitor workers to ensure work is done according to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and site records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Human Resource or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, and managed factory workers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Must have basic knowledge of payroll preparation.
