Responsibilities:
- Actively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Identify and engage passive candidates for various roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand role requirements
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Strong skills in headhunting and candidate outreach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Experience sourcing for international roles
- Ability to fill difficult roles quickly
- Strong networking and talent-mapping skills
