Responsibilities:
- Identify HR/Recruitment firms across Nigeria with qualifying candidate Business development, partnership, or B2B relationship-building experience
- Confident, persuasive, and honest communicator, comfortable explaining a commission-based opportunity without overselling it
- Organised and self-driven; consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable pursuing a new, unproven opportunity with no existing case studies
- Basic digital literacy (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheet/CRM tracking)
- Familiarity with Nigeria's HR/recruitment/staffing sector is an advantage.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
