Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes from job posting to employee integration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution.
- Organize staff engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Professional certification (CIPM, ACIPM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000
