- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll and attendance management.
- Coordinate staff welfare and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support performance management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR experience is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Professional certification, such as ACIPM, is an added advantage
