We are looking to hire an HR Manager to join our team.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
  • Design and implement training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation


Sales & Business Support:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand staffing needs and performance gaps
  • Support recruitment of high-performing sales professionals
  • Develop incentive schemes and commission structures for sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance from an HR perspective
  • Align HR strategies with sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide coaching and training support to improve sales productivity


Strategic Functions:

  • Drive organizational development and culture initiatives
  • Implement performance appraisal systems linked to sales KPIs
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity)
  • Partner with leadership to support business expansion and growth
  • Lead change management initiatives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4–8 years' HR experience, with proven exposure to sales environments
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Experience in sales, business development, or working closely with sales teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
