Job summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for building and institutionalizing HR structures, while also designing, optimizing, and driving performance within the sales function to support revenue growth. The role requires a blend of HR expertise and commercial awareness, particularly within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:
HR Structure & Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
- Set up organizational structure, reporting lines, and job descriptions.
- Design onboarding, probation, and confirmation processes.
- Establish disciplinary systems and an employee handbook.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead recruitment across sales, operations, and support roles.
- Build a pipeline of high-performing real estate sales professionals.
- Implement competency-based interview frameworks.
- Develop employer branding strategies.
Performance Management System:
- Design KPIs across all departments (especially sales).
- Implement performance appraisal systems (monthly/quarterly).
- Link performance to incentives, commissions, and consequences.
- Track productivity and enforce accountability.
Sales Department Structuring (Revenue Focus):
- Design sales team structure (BDMs, closers, marketers, etc.).
- Develop commission and incentive frameworks.
- Create sales performance dashboards and scorecards.
- Partner with management to drive revenue targets.
- Identify gaps in sales productivity and implement corrective actions.
Learning & Development:
- Design training programs for sales conversion and client management.
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires.
- Implement a continuous learning culture.
Payroll & Compensation:
- Structure salary bands and commission plans.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Build a performance-driven and accountable culture.
- Introduce recognition and reward systems.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
