Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management systems to assess and improve employee performance.
- Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and promote career growth.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and attractive packages.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in a HR or People Operations related role
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Experience in managing performance appraisal system is a must.Â
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Able to follow-up / follow through without having to be reminded.
