Job summary
We're looking for a proactive Human Resources Manager to develop and execute the company's annual recruitment plan to ensure timely hiring for key positions and organize candidate screening, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding processes, optimizing recruitment cycle time and cost.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Develop and execute the company’s annual recruitment plan to ensure timely hiring for key positions.
- Proficiently use LinkedIn, Jobberman, Hot Nigerian Jobs, MyJobMag, and other major recruitment platforms to build efficient hiring pipelines.
- Organize candidate screening, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding processes, optimizing recruitment cycle time and cost.
Performance Management & Incentives:
- Design and implement a scientific performance appraisal system, follow up on results, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with departments to establish KPIs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Propose incentive programs, including bonus plans, promotions, and employee development opportunities.
HR Policies & Employee Relations:
- Deeply familiar with Nigerian labor laws, NSITF, ITF, HMO, pension, and tax regulations to ensure HR compliance.
- Manage employment contracts, employee relations, termination procedures, and labor dispute resolution to protect company interests.
- Organize staff activities, training programs, and benefits schemes to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Organizational Development & Culture:
- Promote organizational structure optimization to improve workforce efficiency and operational performance.
- Build and reinforce company culture to foster a positive, productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, including at least 2 years as HR Manager or HRBP. Experience in renewable energy or multinational companies is a plus.
- Strong recruitment expertise, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn and Nigeria’s major recruitment platforms.
- Skilled in designing performance appraisal systems and incentive schemes, with proven implementation results.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labor law, social security, tax, and employee benefits, capable of handling compliance and dispute resolution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural management skills.
- Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
