Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with company objectives
- Handle employee relations, ensuring effective conflict resolution.
- Support performance management and training programs
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 450,000 monthly
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
