HR Lead Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Alignment: Translates business goals into actionable workforce plans, talent strategies, and organizational development initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Directs, mentors, and coordinates HR generalists, recruiters, or department specialists.
• Talent Management & Acquisition: Oversees end-to-end hiring pipelines, succession planning, leadership growth, and retention programs.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Mediates complex workplace disputes, handles high-level grievances, and champions a positive culture.

Requirements:

• B.Sc., HND, ND, MBA in Human Resource Management, or another relevant field, as specified by the employer.
• 7 years of relevant HR experience, including substantial responsibility for HR operations and people management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Oil and gas industry experience, including exposure to contractor management or operational workforce planning, is an advantage.
• Relevant HR professional certification is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN1,000,000–1,100,000.
