HR Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
• Support HR policies, employee relations and workplace matters
• Coordinate staff training and professional development programmes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management and staff development processes
• Help implement workplace policies, procedures and HR initiatives
• Provide day to day HR support to creative and operational teams
• Support a positive, professional and collaborative workplace culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
• Proven experience in HR or a similar people management role
• Experience working within the arts, culture, entertainment, film production, media or other creative industries is required
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and HR operations
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Young, creative, energetic and passionate about working with people
  
• Teachable, adaptable and willing to learn and grow within a dynamic organisation
• Ability to work effectively with creative professionals, production teams and business teams
• HR certification is an added advantage
• Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria
