Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and experienced HR Counsellor to support employee wellbeing and foster a healthy, productive workplace. The ideal candidate will provide confidential counselling services, assist in resolving workplace concerns, and collaborate with HR to promote positive employee relations.

Responsibilities:
Employee Counselling & Support
- Provide confidential one-on-one counselling to employees on personal, emotional, and workplace issues
- Support employees experiencing stress, burnout, conflict, or life challenges
- Offer crisis intervention and referrals to external professionals when necessary
Employee Relations
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and interpersonal issues
- Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management
- Promote fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace practices
Wellbeing & Wellness Programs
- Design and support employee wellbeing, mental health, and work-life balance initiatives
- Conduct workshops or training sessions on stress management, communication, and resilience
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies
HR Collaboration
- Work closely with HR and management to identify trends impacting employee wellbeing
- Provide insights (while maintaining confidentiality) to improve workplace policies and culture
- Support organizational change initiatives from a people-focused perspective
Compliance & Ethics
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethical standards
- Ensure counselling practices comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Keep accurate and secure records in line with data protection guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
