HR Counsellor

Responsibilities:

Employee Counselling & Support

• Provide confidential one-on-one counselling to employees on personal, emotional, and workplace issues
• Support employees experiencing stress, burnout, conflict, or life challenges
• Offer crisis intervention and referrals to external professionals when necessary

Employee Relations

• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and interpersonal issues
• Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management
• Promote fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace practices

Wellbeing & Wellness Programs

• Design and support employee wellbeing, mental health, and work-life balance initiatives
• Conduct workshops or training sessions on stress management, communication, and resilience
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies

HR Collaboration

• Work closely with HR and management to identify trends impacting employee wellbeing
• Provide insights (while maintaining confidentiality) to improve workplace policies and culture
• Support organizational change initiatives from a people-focused perspective

Compliance & Ethics

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethical standards
• Ensure counselling practices comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Keep accurate and secure records in line with data protection guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Minimum of a BSc.
