HR Compliance Manager
Job summary
The HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of HR compliance frameworks within the Manufacturing or FMCG sector.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks on HR processes and documentation.
- Manage employee disciplinary processes in line with legal and company standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Guide management on HR compliance issues and risk mitigation.
- Oversee proper documentation of employee records, contracts, and HR data
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and compliance-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
