The HR Assistant will support the human Resources department by handling daily administrative and HR-related tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, managing leave and attendance and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts, letters and reports
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR manager
- Handle employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human resource management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
