Job Summary

Our client is seeking an HR & Admin Officer who will be responsible for providing effective support across all Human Resources and administrative functions of the company.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level roles (posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and new hire orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records (physical and digital) and HR databases.
  • Manage leave administration, tracking entitlements, and usage.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR matters in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Support the preparation of payroll inputs (e.g., attendance, leave reports).
  • Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises.
  • Manage the inventory and procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Coordinate company travel, accommodation, and logistics as required.
  • Maintain an updated register of company assets.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing systems, and company documents.


Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment
  • Experience in employee relations, administrative operations, and facility management.
