Our client is seeking an HR & Admin Officer who will be responsible for providing effective support across all Human Resources and administrative functions of the company.

Job Description/Requirements
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level roles (posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and new hire orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records (physical and digital) and HR databases.
- Manage leave administration, tracking entitlements, and usage.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries related to HR matters in a timely and confidential manner.
- Support the preparation of payroll inputs (e.g., attendance, leave reports).
- Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises.
- Manage the inventory and procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Coordinate company travel, accommodation, and logistics as required.
- Maintain an updated register of company assets.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing systems, and company documents.
