Job Summary
The HR and Admin Officer will support the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administration departments. He/she will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures as assigned, managing administrative systems, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (digital and physical) and ensure accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance systems.
- Support performance management procedures.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Organise training and development programs for employees.
- Support employee relations by addressing issues or concerns professionally and confidentially.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
