Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR and administrative functions of the organization.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff welfare.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
- Supervise administrative teams and ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage office facilities, logistics, and operational support systems.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Support executive management in strategic planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR and administrative management.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, make decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 600,000
