Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all hotel employees. This includes performance reviews, addressing complaints, and motivating staff to provide excellent service.
- Develop and manage budgets, set sales targets, monitor revenue, and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Ensure a high quality of service for all guests, handle complaints, and resolve issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services, and set sales goals.
- Ensure the hotel meets all health, safety, and security regulations, and manage maintenance and building upkeep.
- Set and communicate strategic goals for the property and collaborate with department heads to achieve them
Requirements:
- 4 years of relevant experience (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for service and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
