Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the hospitality or hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
•
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
•
Manage corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key partners.
•
Promote hotel services, packages, and offerings to prospective clients.
•
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
•
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
•
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve set goals.
Requirements:
•
Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in sales within the hospitality/hotel industry.
•
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
•
Good understanding of hospitality sales strategies and market dynamics.
•
Leadership and team management experience is an added advantage.
