Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management
- Oversee and coordinate all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and security.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain high service standards across the property.
Staff Management
- Supervise and support departmental supervisors and team members.
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and shift scheduling.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
Guest Experience
- Ensure excellent guest service at all times.
- Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor feedback and implement improvements where needed.
Quality & Standards Compliance
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Address maintenance issues and follow up until resolved.
Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Maintain clear communication between all hotel departments.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in hotel operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to ensure smooth, efficient operations across all departments.
