Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Hotel Manager who will help us organize the daily operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising our staff members and lead them by example to ensure the highest quality services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
- Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
- Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
- Carrying out regular inspections of hotel properties and amenities and organizing necessary maintenance
- Hire qualified personnel when needed
- Implementing and reviewing standards operation procedures to continuously improve of business
- Proactively seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop service delivery
- Monitoring employee performance and offering regular evaluation meetings designed to improve service
- Setting revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensuring that these are met.
- Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- Experienced in Hospitality
- 2 - 4 years of working experience
- Bachelor's degree management related field
- Knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality management, and hotel operations
- Understanding of all in hotels management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Excellent customers service skills
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Good Leadership skills
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 300,000Â
