Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager, based in Ondo State. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, and supervising departments such as front desk, food and beverage, and housekeeping. The Hotel Manager will also strategize to improve sales, address guest inquiries, and implement operational improvements to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, with the ability to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to support effective operational planning and cost control.
  • Experience in Sales strategies and building revenue growth for the hotel.
  • Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage operations to oversee catering and hospitality services effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage a diverse team and coordinate daily operations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and enhance operational performance.
  • Prior experience in hospitality management is required, with a preference for at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
