Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profit margins.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
